1 Megabyte X 33 Memory Module [Marco International, Inc.]

The Marco 1 Megabyte X 33 Memory Module is fully decoded 1,048,576-wordby 33 bit CMOS dynamic random access memory composed of eight 4-Mb andone 1-Mb DRAM. The mounting of the eight SOJs together with eight 0.2uFdecoupling capacitors on a 72-pin FR4 printed circuit board provide areliable memory module for Sun(TM) applications where high-density andlarge memory capacity are required. The electrical characteristics of theMarco IQXX584133-XX provide for a very wide power supply tolerance andnoncritical timing requirements.
